Terms and Conditions:
* Please note Kingsman Barbers Loyalty Program is an independent program and cannot be used while your a member.
By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Overview
1.1 The Membership provides exclusive benefits, services, and/or pricing as outlined at the time of purchase.1.2 Membership benefits are valid only for the individual Member and are non-transferable.
2. Membership & Loyalty Program Exclusivity
2.1 The Membership and the Barbershop Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”) are two separate and independent programs.2.2 If you join the Membership, you are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program at the same time.2.3 While your Membership is active, you will not earn loyalty points for any purchases.2.4 Any previously earned loyalty points will not be redeemable while you remain a Member.2.5 If you cancel or do not renew your Membership, your eligibility for the Loyalty Program may resume, subject to the Loyalty Program rules in effect at that time.
3. Membership Fees & Billing
3.1 Membership fees are billed as stated at the time of enrollment (monthly, quarterly, or annually).3.2 All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of Membership benefits.
4. Cancellation & Renewal
4.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying the barbershop in writing or through the designated cancellation process.4.2 Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.4.3 Membership automatically renews unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
5. Modifications to the Membership or Terms
5.1 The barbershop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership or these Terms at any time.5.2 Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The barbershop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Membership.6.2 The barbershop reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the exclusivity between the Membership and the Loyalty Program.
